MY EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING
I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Women’s, Gender & Sexuality Studies from James Madison University in Virginia. I moved cross-country with my partner and cats to Oregon in 2021 to attend graduate school and received my Master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis and Clark College in 2024. I have been engaging in direct client care in outpatient settings since January 2023. I have also had work experience as a caregiver for seniors and I am Reiki I certified.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, relational, and deeply rooted in the belief that healing is an integral part of the human experience which we are all capable of. I prioritize building a positive relationship with each of my clients, which serves as the foundation for our work together. I offer an inclusive and supportive space where I invite you to express yourself authentically and explore your experiences freely. Together we will co-create a therapy process tailored to your needs. In this process I will be alongside you, holding space for your pain and vulnerabilities, helping you make sense of your experiences, and working collaboratively with you towards your healing goals.
